HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER?
For United Kingdom, the delivery time is 4-6 working days.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?
Our logistics company will try to deliver your order to the address you specified. If you are not present when the order is delivered, the company will try again and contact you or, if applicable, deliver to a family member at the same address that was selected as the destination.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Our courier company, Correos, will send you an email or SMS with the status and tracking number of the shipment once the order has been prepared and processed.

WHAT INFORMATION IS NECESSARY FOR A MORE AGILE DELIVERY?
In the event that LYOM requires additional information regarding any shipping address, LYOM may contact the buyer to provide additional information. Delivery may be delayed in case more information about the delivery address is needed.
LYOM will make every effort to deliver the order in the expected delivery conditions at the delivery address. If delivery is delayed or cannot be carried out, or can only be carried out partially, the buyer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible. In this case, the buyer will have the right to terminate the contract without cost.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
The buyer assumes the responsibility of correctly indicating the delivery address; In the event that any problem occurs with the shipment of an order due to an error in the delivery address made by the buyer, LYOM will not be responsible for the (partial) loss of the shipment.
In this case (error in address, documentation or postal code), the cost of the new shipment from the wrong address to the new address will increase and will be assumed in its entirety by the buyer.
