At the beginning of the year we want to give you that extra motivation so that you start it in the best possible way with us and that you bring out your best version during 2023.
One thing is clear, if you want to achieve your fitness goals , you have to think beyond good workouts or a balanced diet. Your sporting success also has a lot to do with your mentality . This is when a growth mindset comes into play.
Several studies show that a proper mindset and attitude are essential for success, this being applicable both in sport and in many other aspects of life. But what exactly is a growth mindset and how does it help us continue to progress?
Your mentality is everything
With a growth mindset we mean an open and resilient mindset, capable of accepting hard times and with an insatiable desire to improve and continue learning no matter what happens . For us that is the key.

Redefine what success means to you
It's about the journey and not the goal. It may sound a little cheesy, but that's how it is.
Being successful or achieving some achievement in sport does not necessarily mean that you have to run a marathon, know how to do a straddle planche or bench press 160 kg. What is really important is that you give your all and that you always try to be the best version of yourself . day after day. Setting realistic short-term goals is the way to achieve great long-term goals.
Learn from all failures and defeats
Has that happened to you when you train and train and not look the way you would like? Have you been unable to improve your marks in the gym lately?
This is normal , everyone has setbacks, we cannot always be at 100%, accepting moments like this is key to continue improving, because these moments are when we grow the most as athletes and as people.
Life would be a little boring if everything were easy. So we have the opportunity to learn from these difficult times .
Think about whether you can adapt or modify your training routine, or if perhaps you have set a goal that is too ambitious. The important thing is that you never give up, because that way you will continue to grow!
Try new challenges
This is your moment, dare to leave your comfort zone , it will surely be one of the most uncomfortable moments in any aspect of your life, but we are sure that you will not regret it.
Remember this phrase: " Outside the comfort zone is where the magic happens... "
Have you always wanted to do boxing but you think it's not for you? Have your colleagues invited you to go climbing but you don't see yourself capable? You would be surprised at what you are capable of once you believe and trust in yourself, you just have to take the first step and stop making excuses.
Accept criticism
Don't let other people's success make you angry or depressed, it has to be the opposite, use it as inspiration!
Ask advice from people you admire, think that if they have achieved it, you can do it too.
Never give up and always bring out your best version.
